What I was tasked with:

Fresh takes on several blog series, ghostwriting for big-name customers, tracking coverage, social posts creation, and innovating a revitalized way to package customer assets
What I delivered:​

Two new internal blog series including one focused on interviewing interns around the world, including individuals located in the United States, Costa Rica, and India, the other on national holidays coinciding with top-tier customers

Working with external customers and authors to co-write or ghost write several in-house case studies and articles for vertical publications, particularly in the public education sector.

Two quarterly coverage reports focused on international coverage gained during high growth periods including analysis, discussion, and predictions and expectations for coverage in upcoming quarters.

The production and curation of several foundational social posts for different platforms posted on a company-wide intranet for use by any employee on their personal or work-focused social accounts.
​
The creation of a new customer asset package format now widely used by the marketing department (as of 2022) to keep customers organized and cleanly and concisely manage all materials collected per client.
